		<description>It took me a second to realize that "aubergines" are what we call "eggplant" here. I'm not sure why we call it that. There's no relation to eggs although it IS a plant! Oh and I had fun doing a surf to find out about meze and how it's done in different mediteranian countries. Do you have Arak in Greece?</description>

		<description>majestic is the word that comes to mind.  tantalizing, delicious, and drool also pop up.  the black-eyed peas, baked aubergines, and omelette are the most enticing to me, but i wouldn't say no to any of it. :)</description>
