When you have been away too long you forget how to come back. The steps are new but I have certainly missed you. I mean you, not the –many- strange people who left ridiculous comments during the last couple of posts, here and on the Greek blog.
Here is how it goes: I pay for this space and even if I didn’t, I’d still have the right to delete comments I don’t like. I think all the people who wish things stayed as they are, and the people who want everything to be quiet and comfortable all the time, or the people who don’t understand the right you have to disagree with them, and finally, the people who think that the only ones who have the right to complain are those who can’t afford food or clothes, all these people, had their opportunity during the past, to voice their opinions and to be heard.
In the States, that’s what the previous administration did, and in Europe we had and still have similar leaders. So these people had their opportunity to bring chaos which they certainly did. Now it is our opportunity to say what we please and to silence those who want to silence us with whatever unimportant, important, means we have. That is why I have deleted most of the rude comments, because it’s my blog, not a war zone.
That’s all I wanted to say to explain this absence and why this space didn’t feel like a friendly place for a while.
