Food, Photos

             I made some strawberry panacotta

And a spring onion pie                                                       And this impromptu strawberry-Kellogs Special K-yogurt dessert I am trying to find my way back into this thing I used to enjoy so much: blogging. Some food porn never hurt anyone, did it? See you soon, hopefully with words. Eric, thanks, you are such a bright light. Thank you all in fact, those of you who leave sweet messages here and in my inbox. Those of you who sent gifts to cheer me up, like Cathy and Connie and Scholiast. Those of you who sent cards, like Stephanie. Madelyn, Devil Mood, Gina, thank you for the beautiful letters and notes. It sounds like I am getting an award for something, doesn’t it? Hehe.

    Oh sweet food porn :-)

The panacotta looked particularly lucsious and inviting. I’m thinking impure thoughts: bad kitty!

    No problemo. ^_^

Is it wrong that the Special K thing that probably took the least work and effort looks the yummiest to me?

How come my Special K doesn’t look nearly as yummy as yours? Do you have it with yogurt (it looks like it)?
I will buy the red fruits brand tomorrow because I’m sick of the plain ones. I love those raspberries. And the title of the post is a sentence I’ve never pronounced but is very close to my heart. :)
I love that chocolate cake, my GOD! :D

  6. Cathy Says:

Baking is therapeutic, and if you can balance ingredients, baking temperatures and visual colours and proportions, there’s nothing you can’t do, even find your way back to blogging.

    My dear Chloe…
I am so sorry that I wasn’t able to send you a Happy Birthday e-card…I can’t e-mail you: it has broken down with everything else. I lost loads of files that of course I didn’t back up, but I woke on Sunday thinking that I couldn’t wish you the most Happy of Birthdays. Really. I hope you are doing well, my friend.
