I went to this food show on Sunday with my sister. You could actually try all these things. You could ask for a tartlet and they’d give it to you for free. Afterwards, they’d ask if you have a bakery or pastry shop, and you’d lie and say you work for a chef, so they’d give you some more. Replace "you" with "I".

Food Shows are always fun. The Best are also the Wine shows (Tastings) you are supposed to spit the wine after you taste them…

Wooooooooow that first cake is amazing with all those different colours. You wouldn’t have any teeth left after trying all those :). Still worth it though hahah.

OMG! I LOVE IT! all things euro or across the pond i should say!! your people are so much better at desserts, pastries, yummy treats… there is a definite lack of bakeries here in the US. ( i realize you were at a food show, but there are mostly mega-grocery stores here,.. not too many nice quaint little places that take the time to make these things!)
My fav was the wedding cake!! HAHA
