Good M gave me an iPod nano and my sister gave one to Joe too. So here we are looking blissful. (Joe was obviously happier than I was).

Blondie gave me this fantastic black wallet with white butterflies. I have to make some money for it now.

And my sister gave me this pasta machine. See? Lists work.

Have a happy new year. I’ve never felt as hopeful for a new year as I do for 2007. I think it is going to be an exciting, adventurous year full of nice surprises. I think we are going to be happy. And I hope to meet more of you. Happy new year to you and you and you and you.

You take the best pictures Chloe! I am very hopeful and excited for 2007 as well. Someone I was talking to said that most beginning decades of a century are marked by peace and good things. Although that’s not quite true in this case. Let’s enjoy the simple days while we still can.

I don’t want to jinx your lovely gift, but over here(or maybe it’s a British thing, I forget) when you give someone a wallet, you put a little money in it to start it off right. It’s bad luck otherwise.
Mu mother still ask for a gift list every birthday and Christmas. I have a hard time making them thses days. Fortunately, my family seems to know how to shop for me with or without lists.
