I made pumpkin pie. It’s not a common dessert in Greece but I made it for the magazine and I just ate its last piece. I designed our company’s site. Now the programmers are going to work on this design and make it better and add the mechanics it needs to function. Like, the shopping cart. My hair is falling. I am not stressed, I just got off the Pill. I had no idea the Pill gave me nice hair. When I am 60, what excuse am I going to have to buy the Pill so as to have lustrous hair? I want to redesign this blog. I am bored. Therefore, your ideas are not just welcome, they are necessary. The CD with the songs you selected is ready. If anyone wants it, please email me.
I miss London. I let everybody down these last couple of weeks. If you are one of the people I let down a. you should have seen it coming and b. I am truly sorry, I am trying to change my ways, mainly by sleeping more and thinking less.

Since you made pumpkin pie, and autumn is all around, how about an autumn themed blog?
Your hair is nice even before you started taking the pill (I’m speaking in reference to your goth girl eating pizza picture). You’re hair will grow back and look as nice as ever, unless of course the side effects clearly state, “bad hair”, which I seriously doubt.

Going off The Pill makes you lose your hair? Or maybe The Pill gave you the hair you had to begin with? In that case, can I get on The Pill, because I have disturbing hair genes running through the family.
I have plenty of good ideas regarding blog design that I’m going to start working on myself soon. I might email you later if I have time. ^_^

Other than changing a template on a blog I would have absolutely no idea where to start on redesigning it. I look forward to seeing the changes :).
October 19th, 2006 at 8:27 pm
Now the big question is; Why are you off the pill?!
Who have you let down?…you are focussing on yourself and spending time redirecting your life. Those who matter will understand. We do.
I can’t wait to see your new company blog; I bet it will be fabulous. As for this blog, how about something dreamy, with sparkling stars and faeries?…
PS..I’ll take a cd, please :)xo

the only thing I wish is that the white wasn’t so bright. What ever you do to change it I’m sure I will love it.
Did you have whipped topping on the pumpkin pie??? Gotta have it and a dash of cinnimon.
Ti Kanis??
My friend taought me that today.
October 19th, 2006 at 9:26 pm
i think you should return to your roots and do a goth theme. at least until halloween is over
October 19th, 2006 at 9:30 pm
Wow are we on the same frequency. I posted about changing the design of my site today too.
Though, I don’t have the mad design skillz you do.
October 20th, 2006 at 12:05 am
blog design. hmmmmm. pinks and greens with shake scale patterns
October 20th, 2006 at 2:19 am
You didn’t let me down. But maybe I’m not part of everybody.
I’m sure your company’s website looks great. I’m glad to hear the project is steaming merrily along.
As for redesigning your blog, I really can’t help. I haven’t redesigned my blog in over a year, so I really don’t know how to help with yours.
October 20th, 2006 at 3:52 am
I don’t want to visit a country that doesn’t honor pumpkin pie.
October 20th, 2006 at 4:51 am
Change your blog? I was just thinking how wonderful it looks… But since it’s autumn, maybe something autumn leaves colours? Or, since you miss London, how about smog coloured..?
It sounds like you’ve mostly let yourself down. It’s an autumn thing. It’s not really how it is
October 20th, 2006 at 7:13 am
i want the cd~do i have to email you or is this enough?
short and sassy , that post was. you havent let ME down, but who am i ? LOL
i miss london too. when are you going back?
October 20th, 2006 at 9:10 am
i don’t know what you may have done to let anyone down, but you made my day today
October 20th, 2006 at 9:48 am
Change is good
Just be ready for it..
October 20th, 2006 at 10:06 am
MMMM….pumpkin pie! Yep, it’s that time of year again. And I’m still on the pill, and my hair is falling out…so either you’re more stressed than you think…or I’ve got a bum batch of pills.
And I’ll be e-mailing about that cd. Which reminds me, that I have some postcards/very minor gifts from China that I still haven’t mailed. Maybe our packages can float by each other in the post?
October 20th, 2006 at 11:17 am
Woman (this is an endearing term), you have a lot on your plate, you’re working about a dozen jobs, you can’t do everything perfect…Nevertheless, I’m guessing the webpage will look amazing
You are a pro!
I’m going to email you and not just about the cd.
October 20th, 2006 at 1:26 pm
I keep coming back to look at that picture, its just stunning. I had a professional designer redo my blog (because I have no talent for that kind of thing), I wanted something a little darker…just where my head is at at the moment.
October 20th, 2006 at 1:56 pm
I’ve just had this crazy idea. Check your e-mail and let me know what you think.
October 20th, 2006 at 3:32 pm
I didn’t think I’d like pumpkin pie, and then I went on a mad pumpkin binge last halloween because I like the look of a carved pumpkin with eerie glowing candle.
I absolutely adored the pie and flapjack I made. I can’t wait to get carving and baking again.
Get the sleep you need and don’t be too hard on yourself, Mimey XXX

Chloe
You sound a bit down at the moment - sorry if things are not so good. I think walters comment of an autumn themed blog is a great idea; lots of richly coloured leaves, apples etc
October 21st, 2006 at 5:41 am
What a wonderful photo, Chloe.
I have never had pumpkin pie … should I make some, is it yummy ??
I’ve been on the pill for ever, and I have heaps of hair … wonder if there is a connection !!
I’m sure whatever you do with your blog design, it will be beautiful … you have such a talent for beautiful things.
I would love a copy of the CD … do I need to email you, or do you still have my address ??? Thanks, dear Chloe.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Take care, Meow

Maddy
i did the same too! I had no idea people do it but i thought maple syrup would go well with pumpkin pie. And it does, i am amazed that we did the same thing.
Walter
it has been revealed: I have iron deficiency, must take tablets!
Erikku
if it turns out you indeed need the Pill for perfect hair, i’ll supply you with copious amounts as I am not sure you’ll be able to get a subscription for it.
Clare
thanks Clare! i always test my silly things on you blogger friends first xx
Cathy
I am off the Pill because i am sick of it. I need a break, it makes me lethargic. No babies involved!
I’m going to send you a jpg of the site because i need your opinion.

stephanie

jvs
they are such wonderful objects, pumpkins, aren’t they?
and their fantastic colour.
i buy the tiny ones that are purely decorative (until they rot).
fb
you can be minimal and stylish.
on the other hand it would be great if we could unclutter other parts of our life and drop all the garbage on our blogs. The internet would be so baroque then.
Sam
no i am not down. i am autumnal!
xxx
so your idea is great.
Meow
no i still have it!
of course i have it!

Substitute ghe Pill for vitamins designed for healthy skin and nails. My hairdresser recommended the vits to me when she saw the state of my hair (and that was ON the Pill).
Looking forward to the new site and, most importantly, please take care of yourself. You’ve worked hard and deserve a break with good warm people.
October 21st, 2006 at 5:25 pm
I’ve just stewed a pumpkin to make a cake tomorrow.
I didn’t know hair falls out when you come off the pill. I know your boobs shrink.
I’d better stay on it I think
October 22nd, 2006 at 5:40 am
You take care of yourself and I am here for you no matter what…
Hugs,
Connie

Hi Chloe! wanted to say hello again from my long absence… yes I know, it happens to me sometimes and I just disappear… anyways, I’m back, for a while at least, and the thing that made me smile on your last posting was your wish to redesign your site because you are getting bored!!! Allow me to tell you that I find your site fantastic, its design as well as its contents!!! So stop letting your hair fall on this!!! (Actually you should give me hand redesigning mine, THIS is boring!!!) Take care…
October 22nd, 2006 at 9:41 pm
I empathise with the more sleeping less thinking bit. I’m reduced to this :(. Glad to hear your project is moving along.
October 23rd, 2006 at 11:07 am
Hey beautiful blog!
October 23rd, 2006 at 9:23 pm

October 24th, 2006 at 8:35 am
In my tiredness I misread ‘redesign’ for resign and paniced.
Phew.
October 24th, 2006 at 2:49 pm
Hi Chloe, I am sure the thing with your hair will get solved in time. I remember how much hair I lost directly after the birth of my child.
I love all kinds of pies, would you send me a piece next time you bake something?
Take care and all the best for your company’s site
October 24th, 2006 at 4:27 pm
I love this picture, it is like my fairy tale castle!
And I love pumpkin pie, I’d love to hear your recipe… I have a secret recipe myself and am always on the look out for new ways to makenit yummier.
I don’t have much else to say, except I am sorry you are missing London and your hair is falling however you’re still gorgeously divine!
(And I am with you on the sleeping more, thinking less, letting people down way… somehow my best intentions have fallen wayward)
Hugs xx
