it’s still me! I managed to eat 10 raw mushrooms (does anybody else like eating raw mushrooms? say yes) with a glass of wine. I was supposed to be having a deep, meaningful conversation right now. Instead, I’m eating raw mushrooms, having a glass of wine and watching old Friends and Sex and the City episodes on DVD. It’s one of the mysteries of the universe. In every other way, this was a productive day. I finished an article, I arranged an interview for tomorrow (yes these things happen in Greece with just a day’s notice), I cooked and I cleaned the house, I dyed my hair, not to mention writing my blog. To make a long story short, I came to this conclusion: whatever happens in my life, I’ll always have me. And you might say: what if you go crazy? And then I’ll reply, "it’ll still be me".

Crazy is just someone else’s definition of an act that they either don’t approve or or they don’t understand.
I don’t believe in crazy.

I agree with angel’s definition, however, I believe in crazyness: it is when something hurts you or others. Therefore we all must be probably quite crazy but don’t realise about it. The problem will arise to the degree of the offense to your self-dignity or the one of other/s.
Having said this, I am happy to find you here again Chloe, sorry, not that you left: I left the blogosphere for a while due to more urgent non-virtual reasons. I am curious: Did you like the mushrooms or not? I can eat other raw stuff, like carrots, but mushrooms…I haven’t give it a go.
BTW, thanks for Saint Exupery’s quizz, I am going to take it! I love the book and all the little prince’ stuff.

Dont ya just love a day when you complete “all” that you had planned to do. I just love those days and am so satisfied that I “treat” myself to something which I would not normally do
and by the way, I love the photos you post on your blogs - You are TRULY creative!

Angel
i believe in crazy, i believe we should all allow ourselves a little craziness. The saddest thing is people who take themselves too seriously. Other than that, I don’t believe in crazy either.
O.M.M
welcome back!
I loved the raw mushrooms. But you know, they have to be as white and as firm as possible to really taste nice when raw.
zona boy
wait for me in crazy. i’ll be the one with the raw mushroom in my hand.
true blue guy
thank you! these are mostly things i find around the house or around other people’s houses.

well, mushrooms taste either raw, or with pepper and a bit of butter on the pan, or in a sauce, or…
… whatever happens in my life, I’ll always have me…
That is right, that’s why, we have to be carefull not to “loose” us, while taking care of others.
And there is always tomorrow for meaningful conversations…

Don’t get me started talking about crazy and mushrooms. Suffice it to say I don’t think we are referring to the same types. The ones I ate had me laughing nonstop for six hours. That might be a different sort of crazy. Then again, maybe it’s just not approved of or misunderstood. Ah, memories of my youth.

em…that must be the best kind of crazy

People are discussing half my name here, and I really must say: I believe in crazy. See, normal does not exist. Tehrefore, all else must be crazy. Not necessarily harmful, but that included. *nods very seriously*
As for raw mushroom - have you ever heard of the Lord of the Rings? An entire race of people (hobbits) love mushrooms. So there must be something to it. Quite apart from your liking it.

crazy is normal, nothing wrong about crazy.
Absolute normal is crazy too.
You are right about hobbits. do you think i’ll end up with hairy feet because of raw mushrooms? cool!
